RD27 – RJAN Footy Tipping 2024

Sorry for the delay but I thought I’d let GAVIN NOFFKE sweat it out a day or 2 before reviling he has won the RJAN Tipping Comp on 143pts for 2024. GAVIN tried hard to give up his unbeatable lead, but no one was up to the task! Therefor he takes home the 1st place prize pool of $1000!! With a bit of luck he can now afford that much needed haircut, however I doubt there will be much change left over… Well done mate and congrats on a great season!

CRAIG WAANDERS out tipped GAVIN in the last round but couldn’t make up the ground to take top honors so has to settle for being a Bridesmaid this year and taking out the 2nd place prize pool of $200 finishing on 142pts.

JOSEPH ATKINS rounds out the podium in 3rd place and bagging himself a certificate of participation like the other 197 of us who failed to hit the mark in 2024… however had JOE put together a decent JOKER round last week the leaderboard might have looked a little different. If he had tipped 5 games instead of 3 games on his JOKER he would have taken out 1st place… not to rub it in or anything… ;P

A massive thank you goes out to our MAJOR sponsor MADISON EXPRESS as always for getting behind the RJAN Tipping comp. Each year we seem to grow and Madison is a huge part of that. Without them the RJAN Footy Tipping Comp would not be the juggernaut it is today… I mean sure I’d probably have a little more free time of a Monday/Tuesday morning but we would definitely not have such a lucrative first prize ($1000) for a FREE tipping comp.

Also a big shout out to EZYSTRUT, B&R ENCLOSURES and CABLEDUCT SYSTEMS for sponsoring the NRL Jersey Draws this year. So many tipsters stay true to making it though the season even if they don’t have a shot at the main prize when it come to the point end of the season, so its great to be able to give something back and without these sponsors we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to give away 4x Jerseys this year.

Thanks again for a stellar year! The banter has been nothing short of entertaining and it was makes running this comp so enjoyable… although looking back on the season I was a little lite on when it came to the extra attention I normally show to the Manly collective, I best pick up my game next year! Hope to see you all back then, till then GO THE KNIGHTS!!!
